These are the cancellation and refund terms for digital products sold by the company. A decision shown on the automatic refund screen alone does not remove statutory rights. Product defects, non-delivery, or supply that differs from its description are assessed separately from the general change-of-mind terms below. Trip Pass and restaurant reservation packs are currently being prepared for launch.
1. Statutory rights to check first
For transactions covered by the Electronic Commerce Act, consumers may generally withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the day they receive written information about its terms. If supply begins later, the starting point set by law applies, such as the date the product is received or supply begins.
A withdrawal right may be limited because digital content or services have begun to be supplied only if the legal requirements and advance notice have been met. For content or services supplied in parts, any portion not yet provided is assessed separately. Statutory rights are not categorically excluded solely because access was granted immediately after payment.
If the product is supplied differently from its description, advertising, or contract, the statutory withdrawal rules apply within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the issue became known or could have been known. Other statutory rights, refunds for portions unusable due to the company's responsibility, and any more favorable terms already agreed remain in effect.
2. +1 trip storage slot
The general refund period for web purchases is 7days from the payment date, and a full refund is available if at least one storage slot is unused. The current automatic refund screen determines usage by checking whether the account has at least one empty storage slot.
If all slots are in use, you can unarchive one trip to create an empty slot before applying. Unarchiving does not delete the trip itself. Once the refund is complete, the extra storage added by that purchase will be reclaimed.
Even if the automatic screen shows the period has expired or the product is in use, contact us if there is another reason such as a supply defect, payment error, or statutory right to withdraw. The automatic calculation does not replace legal assessment of every individual transaction.
3. Trip Pass — terms planned to apply after launch

Trip dates are calculated using the destination’s local time. A day that has already started is not counted among the remaining days for a standard prorated refund. The calculation of extra nights in a product’s price differs from the calculation of remaining days for a refund.
Once a refund is complete, the pass features for that trip end. For a full refund before the trip starts, any included storage slots are also reclaimed. If you then have more trips saved than the available limit, existing trips will not be deleted, but saving new trips may be restricted until a slot becomes available.
Calculation example: Assume the pass price for a 4-night, 5-day trip from October 10 to 14 (Seoul time) is ₩8,800. Cancelling before the trip starts means a full refund. If you apply at noon on October 12, the remaining days that have not started are October 13 and 14 (2 days), so ₩8,800 × 2 ÷ 5 = ₩3,520. This example explains the standard calculation method for a pass planned for launch.
4. Restaurant reservation packs — terms planned to take effect after launch
We hold a reservation credit until the reservation is confirmed, then deduct it once the restaurant’s confirmation is verified. Failed requests release the held credit for reuse. Unused credits are refunded in proportion to the amount actually paid for that pack in Korean won.
As a general rule, if the customer cancels after the reservation is confirmed, the credit used for restaurant direct booking already provided is retained. If the restaurant or company causes the cancellation, we will either restore the credit or refund the relevant portion. Statutory rights and any separately promised terms that are more favorable take precedence.
We issue the refund after checking the remaining credits, pending reservations, and refunds already processed. A notice that a refund request has been received is different from the funds being returned to your payment method. Restaurant deposits, meal charges, and no-show fees are handled under separate reservation terms.

6. Processing time and actual refund
For digital content or service transactions covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, and transactions not yet supplied, we follow the deadlines set by law, including refunding the payment within 3 business days from the date withdrawal is requested. If billing through the payment method must be stopped or canceled, we request this without delay. General investigation or response periods do not take precedence over these statutory deadlines.
The time when a card issuer, bank, or app store reflects a refund in an account or statement may vary by payment method. We distinguish the date the company processes a refund from when it actually appears. If you can't confirm the result, contact us with the original order number instead of submitting a duplicate request or paying again.
