TripNaru creates content so travelers can see the facts they need to make decisions together with sources they can check. It distinguishes AI-written explanations, facts from external sources, experiences shared by users, and advertising.

2. AI use and virtual guides
Momo, Pico, and others are virtual guides that distinguish writing styles and explanatory perspectives. They do not represent the identities of actual journalists, travel experts, or on-site visitors. A character's manner of speaking is not presented as proof of a real first-hand review or professional qualifications.
AI is not an original source of facts. When creating explanations, we prioritize verified data and sources, and do not add unverified opening hours, prices, booking availability, or visit experiences as if they were facts. Errors may remain even after automated checks and source verification.
3. Sources, dates, and uncertainty
Official announcements from organizers, venues, transport agencies, and sellers are important sources for verification. We also use public data, supplier information, and local materials. When they differ, we avoid definitive claims and identify the matter as requiring official confirmation.
Writing and update dates do not guarantee real-time verification. Past events, temporary closures, sold-out status, and cancellation terms may change. Transit times, crowd levels, and popularity may be estimates or based on past observations, so check them separately against current conditions.
We distinguish, where possible, the sources and meanings of indicators from different sources, such as star ratings, review counts, and crowd levels. We do not present small samples or missing information as signs of high quality or that a place is open.
4. Corrections and updates
To report inaccurate information, hello@tripnaru.comsend us the page URL, the incorrect section, the accurate information, and verifiable sources. We prioritize checking errors in dates, prices, and locations, misunderstandings about reservations, and content affecting safety and rights.
We compare the evidence and take any necessary action, such as making a correction, adding an explanation, or stopping publication. We distinguish important corrections with an update date or notice. We do not mark information as verified or updated merely because we received a correction request.
5. Photos, videos, and rights protection
The rights to photos, videos, and text belong to their respective rights holders. We identify sources, licenses, and any required terms of use. External videos follow the playback and linking conditions of their original service. Attribution does not permit copyright or privacy violations.
Generated images and reconstructed screens are identified as usage examples and are not used as evidence of a real place’s current condition or a visitor’s visit. Rights holders may request removal or correction by explaining the relevant address and their rights. Do not send national ID numbers, passwords, or complete payment information.
6. Distinguishing ads, partnerships, and reviews
We distinguish advertising and sponsored content from regular editorial content, and disclose revenue relationships through booking links Affiliate disclosureon this page. We do not remove users’ legitimate criticism or low ratings solely at the request of advertisers or partners.
Editorial content is Community Guidelinesare distinguished from user reviews submitted under the applicable standards. We do not present company-created writing as a real review by a fictional user.
7. Personal trips and public content
We do not treat personal trip information or account pages as general travel articles. Public and sharing features follow the scope explained on screen. A link marked as excluded from search is not an authentication method and cannot fully prevent access by people who know the link. Before sharing, check the visibility of reservation numbers, companions, contact details, and other information.
