A third-edition street festival brings seven creative, local-made experiences to Jangwi New Town
The third edition of Dada Festa brings together university students, young local artists, residents and clubs for stage shows and street performances! 🎭 Expect a programme shaped by people from around the area.
The festival is free, so you can drop by and enjoy the performances without an admission charge. If you only have time for one programme, start with K-ARTS MARKET for a look at student-made work, then catch a performance as you explore.
Students from Korea National University of Arts show and sell their creative work here, alongside introductions to their creative activities. It’s a chance to browse pieces made by the students themselves. 🖼️
Set aside time to look around before choosing what catches your eye. The festival is free to attend, while items at the market are offered for sale.
Local craft communities and nearby shops come together at Dada Hand Market, with handmade goods to browse. 🧶 It brings the neighborhood’s makers and businesses into the festival.
Take a leisurely look through the stalls and check out what the participating makers have brought along. The event itself is free; goods at the market are for sale.
Dada Food Market gathers food stalls serving a variety of things to eat. 🍴 Make it a stop when you’re ready to explore the festival through its food stalls.
Food is sold at the booths, so bring money for anything you’d like to buy. Festival admission is free.
At Dada Children’s Market, children make the flea market themselves. 🧸 Their participation gives this market its own kid-led character.
Browse the stalls and see what the children have created and brought to the market. Festival admission is free, while purchases at the stalls may cost money.
Local organizations, related institutions and resident groups introduce their activities through displays and hands-on experiences. It’s a lively way to find out what people in Seongbuk are doing together. 🌱
Give yourself a little time to try the activities as you pass through. Admission to the festival is free.
Dada Land offers games and activities with participants from Seongbuk Festival School. 🎨 It’s a chance to join in rather than just browse.
Leave room in your visit to try an activity, then explore the nearby markets and performances. The festival is free to attend.
