Kyotango’s Shiragi Shuzo brings sake made to bring out the flavour of edible rice, paired with creative teppanyaki from Hanaroku. This is a one-time collaboration at Hotel Kanra Kyoto.
A one-night collaboration pairs Shiragi Shuzo’s edible-rice sake with Hanaroku’s creative teppanyaki.
One collaboration, one dinner, and a very particular sake story!? Shiragi Shuzo from Kyotango makes sake that draws out the flavour of delicious table rice rather than sake rice, and Teppanyaki Hanaroku pairs it with its creative teppanyaki dishes. That’s the heart of this makers’ dinner at Hotel Kanra Kyoto. 🍶
The pairing is the reason to go: sake shaped around edible rice meets dishes cooked in Hanaroku’s teppanyaki style. Curious how those flavours come together? Check the dinner arrangements before setting out, so you know what to expect for this single-run event.
