About 4,000 species of domestic native and introduced plants fill 16 distinct theme gardens here in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do! 🌲 LG Sangnok Foundation established this arboretum, which received its approval in 2006 and officially opened in 2013. It also serves as an ecological restoration research site working to bring endangered flora and fauna back to nature. 🌳 The 5 km forest walking path winds gently along the valleys and ridges of Nogobong, preserving the natural terrain and vegetation. 🍃 Because every section has a gentle slope, visitors using strollers or wheelchairs can comfortably enjoy the surrounding nature. ♿ You can also hop on the monorail to take in the views from above, with tickets priced separately from general admission. 🚠 It operates from Tuesday through Sunday between 09:00 and 18:00, with admission closing at 17:00 every day. 🕒 Keep in mind that the gardens close on Mondays and hours may change depending on seasonal and weather conditions. ☀️ Adult admission is 11,000 KRW, youth and senior tickets are 9,000 KRW, children enter for 7,000 KRW, and infants under 24 months enjoy free entry. ✨

Forest Walking Path

The 5 km walking path follows the valleys and ridges of Nogobong with a gentle slope throughout. ⛰️ Stroller and wheelchair users can easily navigate the trail to take in the preserved natural terrain. 🍂

Monorail and Access

You can ride the monorail for an alternate view, with tickets sold separately from admission. 🎫 Parking lots and restrooms are located right next to the grounds, though stroller rentals are not available. 🚗
